Commercial Underground Storage Tank Information

The Federal EPA and the State Department of Ecology require owners and operators of petroleum underground storage tanks to meet financial and operational standards. These include providing proof of financial responsibility and completing all required upgrades. The Pollution Liability Insurance Agency responded to the needs of owners and operators by offering the following two programs:

Commercial Underground Storage Tank Reinsurance Program
Underground Storage Tank Community Assistance Program
